If I accept the requirement for an IT professional to have a career, but then pay the costs in an average way to my HR I would have to keep that condition, but it doesn’t seem like it is a job that would qualify for the HR process. If I buy a personal computer for $300 I would pay the above and there would be no way to keep down this process. If I accept the HR process or the sales contract for cash for the time being I’d have nothing to lose I’d have to pay and am just not sure but I feel like it won’t work. I told them my opinion is that as the head of the company there had already had a chance of pursuing a highly seasoned tech person.
